Our Mission: "Lead people to Jesus, teach the Bible, and train leaders to plant churches in Vietnam."
Since 1990's, a flood of Vietnamese workers have been sent to neighbor countries such as Taiwain, South Korea and Malaysia to labor. In Malaysia alone, there were about 120,000 workers in 2008 (Reference), and the number is continuously increasing. Most workers are still very young, have little education and experience; yet they leave their families to make a living. They work hard and face touch life every day. They need help in many ways, and most importantly, they need God's salvation.
Since 2006, the Lord opened doors for our very first missionary, Mr. Thoi, to come to Malaysia and witness to the local Vietnamese workers. Since then, Mr. Thoi has provided the workers physical and emotional assistance, and he has led more than 3,000 Vietnamese to God. Over the years, we have seen many lives completely renewed after they put faith in Jesus Christ. Their testimonies have become our evidences of God's tremendous blessings through the mission and our highlighted encouragement.
Our missionary also trains young leaders, who are so zeal for God's works, to be soul winners. Trainees go through extensive Bible study programs and leadership programs to become effective witnesses for Christ and leaders of local churches. Since 2011, we have seen first fruits of our training programs through small Bible study groups in many regions in Vietnam. We constantly praise the Lord because He's planted seeds all over Vietnam, from large cities to small towns, in the ways we could not even imagine.
God has blessed Muc Vu Vietnam's mission thus far, yet we have much more to do. Thousands more Vietnamese will come to Malaysia each year; the field is so big and ready for work. We pray God continue blessing our mission that brings salvation to people and train leaders for future churches. We need your prayers for the mission more than ever and appreciate your support. If you have not yet, we ask you to join us and partner with Muc Vu Vietnam's mission today.
